Women Blazer

Men's clothing is often credited for the introduction of a blazer to women's closets in the early twentieth century. In the beginning, these were tailored and formal women’s blazers, which were usually donned as part of a suit. The women’s blazer came into the fashion scene in the 1900s, though the original design was first for men. Initially, the coats were meant to be worn as outer garments, tightly designed and styled. However, in the 1960s and 1970s, the coats took on a different impression as they became everyday outfits in the wake of women's liberation. For example, the modern trends of stylish women’s blazers today are mainly drawn from the designs of the 1940s and are quite easy to put on than the traditional ones.
