Refund Policy

At Excellent Leather Jackets, we are committed to providing high-quality leather products and a positive shopping experience. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or is lost in transit, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

• Slight Color/Texture Variations:
  Leather products may naturally vary in color, shade, or texture due to the material’s unique properties. These slight differences do not qualify for a refund.
• Late or Delayed Delivery:
  Refunds are not issued for late or delayed shipments. If the item does not arrive within twice the estimated delivery time (21 working days), you may request a tracking update. For lost shipments, see the Refundable Items section below.
• Customer-Caused Damage:
  Items returned with signs of use, damage, or mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
• Custom, Sale, or Discounted Items:
  Products that are custom-made, made-to-order, on sale, or specially discounted are non-refundable.
• Second-Time Refund Requests:
  Repeat refund or return requests from the same customer will not be accepted.

Refundable Items

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

• Damaged During Shipment:
  If the product is received damaged, we will re-manufacture and re-ship your order at no cost, or issue a refund.
• Lost Shipment:
  If the order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either re-ship the item without additional charges or issue a refund.

For both cases, valid proof (photos/videos and order details) will be required.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. For wire/bank transfer payments, refunds will be issued as a credit note, valid for one year. Processing may take 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refund processing typically takes 25–40 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For wire/bank payments, credit notes are issued, valid for 12 months.
