Return Policy

At Excellent Leather Jackets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on location.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the natural characteristics of leather, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. For this reason, such variations are not eligible for returns. In addition, custom-made, made-to-order, sale, or discounted items are non-returnable. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned more than once will also not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests submitted after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage or loss.
