Refund policy

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Slight Variations: Leather products may have slight variations in color, shade, and texture due to the nature of the material. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, there may be occasional discrepancies.
  • Late/Delayed Delivery: Refunds for late or delayed deliveries will not be issued. However, we will provide a tracking code if an order does not arrive within 21 working days of the estimated delivery time. If the shipment is lost, we will re-manufacture or re-ship the product at no additional cost.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Items returned damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom, Sale, and Discounted Items: All custom-made, sale, and special discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Second-Time Returns: Second-time returns are not accepted.

Refundable Items:

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If the product is damaged during shipment or is lost, we will re-manufacture and re-ship the order at no cost or issue a refund in the original payment method. Refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. For wire transfers, refunds for lost shipments, damaged items, or order cancellations will be issued as a credit note valid for one year. Processing time may take 25-40 business days.

Note: For all refunds, a valid reason must be provided, and the item must be received at our facility.
